Innovation Starts With Abrasives
RIHON's development began with the abrasives themselves.
We conducted in-depth research on the chemical composition, crystal structure, particle morphology, and crushing mechanisms of abrasives, exploring the effects of different abrasive shapes on cutting force, self-sharpening, thermal control, and material removal rates.
Based on these research results, we have developed various blade-type ceramic abrasives and directional structural abrasives with independent characteristics, successfully applied in grinding discs, cutting discs, and high-performance consolidated abrasive products.
By optimizing the abrasive geometry, we can achieve:
• Higher cutting efficiency
• Lower grinding temperature
• Longer product lifespan
• More stable processing performance
• Superior self-sharpening performance

Designed for the grinding of the future
The market is constantly evolving, and customers' demands for efficiency, precision, and consistency are also steadily rising.
Therefore, we focus not only on today's products but also on the future development direction of grinding technology.
RIHON always maintains an exploratory spirit, continuously investing in the development of new materials, new structures, and new processes, transforming advanced abrasive technologies into real productivity to help customers achieve higher processing efficiency and lower overall costs.
We are used to staying at the forefront of technological development.
Because we believe that what truly drives industry progress is not following change, but creating it.
