RIHON introduces cutting-edge foreign manufacturing technologies and combines decades of traditional vitrified grinding wheel expertise. Its self-developed and produced full range of abrasives meets various precision processing standards such as high speed, high operational efficiency, high grinding ratio, high processing accuracy, long service life, and excellent workpiece surface roughness, enabling the processing of high-hardness special steels. Especially suitable for fully automated, unmanned mass production grinding application, it applies the outstanding stability and processing efficiency of RIHON superhard abrasives, effectively optimizing overall grinding process costs and helping enterprises achieve production goals of cost reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency enhancement. In industrial mass production application, frequent grinding wheel dressing, repeated manual operations, and periodic replacement of abrasives are the core factors restricting the overall production line efficiency. In response, RIHON integrated cutting-edge overseas technology with traditional vitrified sintering process expertise to successfully develop porcelain sintering diamond grinding wheels and CBN grinding wheels. This series features two core characteristics: high porosity and ultra-strong bonding strength, with outstanding chip discharge capability and relatively low grinding resistance. It effectively controls the temperature in the grinding area, reduces risks such as workpiece burns and processing deformation, comprehensively improves processing efficiency, and precisely meets the core production needs of manufacturing enterprises for cost reduction and efficiency improvement. Core product advantages 1. Specialized micropore structure Allows simultaneous dressing, truing. Compared to traditional resin-bonded and metal-bonded grinding wheels, RIHON vitrified grinding wheels feature a controllable microporous structure not found in similar products, allowing them to carry more grinding cooling media; This not only reduces grinding resistance but also stabilizes workpiece dimensional accuracy over the long term, ensuring excellent surface roughness. 2. Excellent free-cutting performance Relying on the bonding performance of high-strength bond, it fully unleashes the cutting performance of individual abrasive grains, reduces the frequency of subsequent grinding wheel dressing, reduces non-processing time of equipments, and improves equipment utilization rates. 3. Outstanding structural compressive resistance performance The overall substrate has outstanding fatigue resistance, especially improving process performance when grinding micro and small-sized precision workpieces. 4. Low threshold for finishing processes and easy parameter control Process parameters can be flexibly adjusted to match the production requirements of different workpiece surface roughness and material removal rates. Most conventional CBN grinding wheels in the industry rely on diamond rollers for dressing, which can only perform optimally under line speeds above 80m/s and high-rigidity equipment. RIHON's self-developed low-concentration ceramic combined with CBN grinding wheels eliminates the need to modify existing equipment; While the original process and dressing conditions remain unchanged, traditional grinding wheel equipment can be directly replaced. Combined with a standard diamond dressing brush, all dressing steps can be completed, offering stable service life and excellent overall cost-effectiveness.
